A role with Target Brand & Category Marketing is an opportunity to create clear and compelling strategies and tactics that engage guests at every touch point. You will apply your detailed understanding of guest attitudes and behaviors to build out the industry-leading plans that achieve Target’s business objectives. You’ll drive brand equity and loyalty to increase Target’s share of shopping trips. You connect all key partners, including Guest Insights, Media Strategy, Finance, Operations and creative agencies. Your deep and broad Marketing expertise will support your assigned categories and campaigns to maximize relevance and competitive advantage. As a Sr. Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving project plans to ensure all marketing efforts are executed on time, on budget and in an efficient manner. This role will lead a large multi-channel campaign inclusive of TV, radio, print, social, digital, and out of home. This person will work cross functionally to lead the successful development of guest-centric marketing materials across marketing channels including; weekly ad, signing, site placement, cartwheel, shopper marketing, and communications. This individual will manage and nurture relationships with key internal and external partners, and understand the key stakeholders of the work to bring them along at the right moments
5+ years of relevant professional project management experience
Demonstrate subject matter expertise and understanding of requirements for marketing and media channels
Ability to strategically manage project plans and appropriately engage key business partners, while maintaining organizational agility
Can problem-solve and quickly implement solutions for large fast-paced bodies of work
Naturally curious driver and self-starter
