Serve as external liaison between IBMC and user banks by performing the following duties
Represent IBMC as a part of the relationship team under direct supervision of Business Development Manager. Serve as external contact for bank partners and conduct visits to both new and existing bank locations.
Promote and market IBMC to all banks throughout Iowa or other marketing areas as may be defined.
Participate in development and execute usage of Marketing materials.
Participate in monthly training classes for both Full Service and Correspondent bankers.
Participate in regional and/or individual bank training.
Collaborate with multiple departments within IBMC to assist bank partners when needed.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Five to seven years mortgage processing/underwriting/originating and closing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Community Bank experience, either within a bank or working with community banks
Ability to understand the entire mortgage process, have understanding of secondary market guidelines and sales and know how a mortgage department fits into the folds of a community bank.
Ability to understand audience and interface with both executive and entry level partners.
Ability to travel overnight multiple times per month and flexibility with schedule that might include out-of-state travel.
