Join the Ronald Beukelman American Family Insurance Agency team in Yankton, SD!
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies.
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience preferred
Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment
Compensation & Benefits:
Full benefits including: health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off and retirement plan
Pay: $14.00/hour base plus bonus potential to earn up to $32,000 the first year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
