Signature and Denizen is looking for Senior Merchant to direct the vision and creation of a consumer-focused product strategies for Men’s categories that build brand equity and meet financial targets. You will develop brand strategies for the Men’s business for DENIZEN® from Levi’s and Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ brands.
About the Job
Oversee channel assortment creation for North America in close partnership with the Commercial teams.
Drive revenue and profit while recommending growth opportunities and product expansions.
Iterative relationship and understanding of the marketplace and the competitive landscape.
Work with Commercial teams and global affiliates.
Build 12-18 month strategy for Men’s line in partnership with VP
Direct the creation of a line architecture that meets consumer and customer needs, and financial targets
Communicate the brand strategies and direction in a compelling manner that engages partners
Provide product level analysis to leadership with an understanding of account and country nuances
Align with planning and PD partners to ensure financial needs and development metrics are met
Develop and retain best-in-class Merchant talent
Lead Product Knowledge seminars for sales and affiliates
Prepare for and attend Milestone Meetings including Briefs, Final Line assortments, and Investment Reviews
