Oversee the adoption of analytics across marketing campaigns, channels and funnel; work with marketing leadership team to develop use cases, identify KPIs and own analytical outcomes – reports & recommendations - to drive marketing performance and ROMI; lead and participate on cross functional project teams. Identify and develop best practices, insights and recommendations for current business operations.
Own reporting and insights to identify and evaluate opportunities to drive funnel conversion
Use customer centric data analysis, data visualization, segmentation and a/b testing to optimize across channels and within campaigns
Work with stakeholders to identify key metrics used to evaluate marketing performance
Develop and analyze a/b tests alongside campaign managers and channel owners to drive campaign results
Partner with IT & Business Intelligence teams to facilitate data acquisition
Provide insights and develop best practices to further department goals
Collaborate effectively with technology partners and marketing personnel on reporting projects
Contribute and participate in cross functional projects involving data, reporting and IT
Model and manipulate data to facilitate business intelligence.
Job Requirements – Education/Experience
Required: Bachelor's Degree in quantitative discipline
Preferred: Master's Degree/MBA in Analytics
Required: 2 years business experience related to leveraging data to drive insights & results
Additional Job Requirements
Works under general guidance to manage routine and unusual decisions related to reporting & analysis
Consults with Director, Marketing Analytics regarding decisions and insights.
Confident working in the MS Office environment
Prior experience with SQL, Python, R, Qlik Sense, Datorama preferred
