The Senior Marketing Manager will support the growth of Aria Health, a ResMed Company. This new business is working to provide freedom and flexibility to the millions of people facing the challenges and burdens of treating lymphedema.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for all downstream marketing efforts geared toward clinicians and patients. The primary focus will be raising awareness of the Aria brand and engaging patients and clinicians along the lymphedema journey.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Develop strategy and execution plan to raise awareness of the Aria brand among clinicians and patients – including digital marketing, educational content, tradeshows, webinars and a variety of tactics
Responsible for downstream marketing execution and optimization, coordinating across internal and external partners
Develop programs, campaigns and content to engage physicians and patients through creative digital, print and on the ground mediums or platforms
Lead market research and patient/provider segmentation
Develop marketing communications strategy and content targeting key stakeholders
Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to market strategies
Create project plans for marketing initiatives and events
Assist the sales lead in managing field-based pilots and track data
Provide support for special projects as needed
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
Medical device and/or digital health marketing experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to see big picture with drive to solve problems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment at all levels in an organization.
Leads and engages from a place of inclusivity
Willingness to travel
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to resourcefully use the internet for secondary research
Understands start-up environment, pace, risk and rewards
The ideal candidate will possess +5 years of marketing experience.
