Responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and related activities such as performing analysis on payroll activity related to overtime, compensation, liabilities, and time & attendance for over 400 employees of a non-profit organization. Acts as a liaison with Paycom, maintains payroll records, and administer employee deductions including 401(k) and 403(b) Plan transactions. Responsible for management of the Paycom employee portal and other platforms as well as continuous improvement of the Paycom platform as a whole. This exempt position reports directly to the Controller. Essential Functions: Computes, inputs and processes wage and salary payments and related withholdings. Coordinates and processes semi-monthly payroll.
