Purpose of Position/Essential Functions Provides leadership for further development for the Specialty Education & Research Center (SERC) so that it operates as a fully functioning conference center with a surgical training facility.  Oversees and manages SERC operations including lab personnel and all internal functions.   Secures renters for the facility and oversees all logistics for the SERC events. Facilitated all logistics and communication with potential customers, clients and NASS staff.    Basic Functions and Responsibilities Oversee the development, scheduling, and execution of courses held at SERC. Work with other staff to coordinate quotes, lab logistics, equipment and on-site course execution.
