The Director of Alternative Revenue is responsible for the development and implementation of an effective sales strategy to maximize revenue generation through temporary and permanent leasing of commercial spaces to both traditional and alternative tenants.  Individual must be able to manage an off-site team of Associates to identify new opportunities and generate sufficient leasing activity to achieve targeted income objectives for the portfolio of assigned properties. Properties include 5 regional malls located in IL, MI, MT, ND, and TX.  The ideal candidate will have strong sales, sales training, leasing, and retail industry knowledge.
