Senior management experience with demonstrated ability to contribute to strategy and business planning processes. Proven experience and expertise in strategy and plan implementation and execution. Demonstrated experience as a highly collaborative, agile, and innovative leader. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in fundraising, with a track record of soliciting and closing major gifts and corporate partnerships. Ability to lead development and implementation of an innovative fund development plan, including negotiating new partnerships and expanding existing alliances. Strong capacity to build trusted relationships to move the strategic agenda forward, both in a matrixed environment and across stakeholder groups in the region.
