JOB DUTIES
Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit prospects capable of making gifts of $1,000,000+.
Manage and develop a portfolio of prospective donors and implement solicitation and engagement strategies in support of UT Southwestern priorities.
May supervise others in performance of duties.
May serve as clinical line liaison.
Build and nurture effective working relationships with administrative leadership, physicians, researchers, and volunteer leadership.
Work closely with Stewardship team to identify and implement appropriate stewardship strategies.
Work collaboratively as a member of the Development team.
Identify, recruit, and train volunteer leaders who can extend the reach of staff through involvement in the cultivation and solicitation of prospective donors.
Write letters, proposals, and case materials.
Utilize constituent relationship management system to strategically plan and track activities.
