Required Qualifications - Require minimum of ten (10) years of progressive career advancement in a professional fundraising and development career, including five (5) to seven (7) years of experience recruiting, hiring, and managing a professional team.
Preferred Qualifications - Prefer Master's degree and/or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). - Prefer successful track record of building a major gifts program and fundraising seven-eight-figure gifts. - Prefer strategic planning experience and skills combined with the ability to build a process and path forward and bring the team along. - Prefer significant experience in the full breadth and depth of fundraising skills, including major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns. - Prefer strong written and verbal communication skills and diplomacy, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. - Prefer experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
