Senior Foundation Officer-Major Gift
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred EXPERIENCE:  - 8 to 10 years successful experience in Development with emphasis in major gifts, planned giving, campaigns, Annual Fund and regional programming development. - Ability to understand and couple/link the needs, interests and affinities of leadership level donors with relevant Hospital initiatives. - Act as liaison between donors, doctors and Hospital leadership to promote institutional strategic goals with philanthropic giving via the development of longstanding relationships. - Demonstrate leadership by acquiring awareness and mastery of all key functional sectors/service lines of the Hospital and broader organization in service of fundraising go
