In this role, you will be directly responsible for acquiring new customers, and for the preservation and expansion of our current customer base. This isn't a wait-and-see position, this is a make-it-happen role! Not for the casual salesperson, rather for those who take great pride in being the best at what they do!
The ideal candidate will be committed to growth through organic/new account acquisition, expansion with existing accounts you close, onboard and continue to support, channel partnership or otherwise. In addition, the ideal candidate enjoys sales and are internally driven for success, with the goal to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust.
We provide a base salary and commission structure - meaning you can generate the income you desire to achieve. This role involves working autonomously, growing sales, creating, and engaging in meaningful conversations. This is an Outside sales position with a day or two inside to ensure collaboration is part of the equation.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for attainment and growth of revenue – with a focus on exponential and incremental growth, respectively
- Develop a Market Plan to create new opportunities and build the opportunity pipeline
- Develop Account Plans by client to deepen relationships & expand into other solutions
- Effective utilization of all resources, including but not limited to business development/marketing/general managers to build and deploy client strategies
- Effective utilization and updates of a CRM
- Continuous learning

- Service existing accounts
- Present, sell, and provide print, promo, and signage solutions to new and existing customers
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond and resolve issues to ensure customer are cared for and for the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Skills
- Motivation - to create results

- 1 year proven sales experience (print, pop, label, signage industry preferred)
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- MS Office, CRM software (eg. Zoho, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- You are solution-driven - there are always solutions
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about finding solutions for all clients
- You have grit - you aren't easily discouraged, no is just a way to get to the next yes!
