We are expanding our presence in the Michigan, Ohio Valley, Pennsylvania, and surrounding regions and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Technician for the Greater Philadelphia region.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting and servicing Husqvarna robotic mowers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Support:
Provide expert knowledge of Husqvarna robotic mowers, conduct product demonstrations, perform site assessments, and handle installations, maintenance, and repairs. - Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture customer relationships using the Husqvarna Robotic Product Line. Generate quotes, manage sales orders, and maintain clear communication from installation through to ongoing maintenance. - Technical Expertise:
Perform product demos, installations, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. - Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide excellent customer service. Report to the Sales and Technical Team Leaders. - Marketing and Networking:
Represent SynaTek at industry events, conferences, and local demo days to build brand awareness and expand your network. - Training & Development:
Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends through continuous training and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in golf course maintenance or a sales role within the turf, landscape, or golf market.
- Familiarity with robotic technologies or a keen interest in learning about robotics.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to master other software tools.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
