Chief Strategy Officer
The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will work with the CEO, COO and Board of directors to achieve agency and program goals. S/he will serve on the Schoke Jewish Family Service (SJFS) senior leadership team. This professional will work cross-departmentally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In coordination with other staff, the CSO will convene key stakeholders to address communal needs and set priorities to achieve short and long-term organizational and community-wide priorities. Successful candidates will bring broad experience in strategic planning, community building, business development, fundraising, impact measurement, volunteer and professional management, in Jewish and/or non-Jewish community-based organizations.   Essential Functions:
