Position Summary:         The Associate Manager, Marketing & Communications works on promotional plans.  He/she coordinates member communications to promote association programs and develops, implements, and integrates AOA marketing and communication messages and material to support objectives, goals, and priorities of the association.  The Associate Manager is an individual who thrives in a fast paced, high-volume work environment and is a professional who works collaboratively with other AOA staff to promote a diverse range of products/services and works to execute integrated marketing strategies.    Primary Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:Marketing & Communications
