Position Overview The Customer Support Specialist will support our sales team with processing all inbound sales orders and handling any issues, shortages, tracking and updates related to these orders. This role will manage the sales portion of all returns. Using email, phones and in person communication are core elements of this position. Delivering the highest level, and most professional customer service are critical for success in this role.
