The Position: The Development Coordinator is an experienced professional with a proven track record in event/project management.  The primary responsibility of the Development Coordinator is to lead the planning and execution of YES events, including the annual Invest in Youth breakfast event, and smaller cultivation events throughout the year.   The Development Coordinator is also responsible for managing the donor database and is accountable for the integrity of donor records.    This is a full-time position that reports to the Development Manager.
