Key Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding product details, order status, and service issues.
• Provide accurate information on products and services, and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, promotions, and policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance future service delivery.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
