CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $80,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Property Marketing Manager, you will provide complex marketing support to Property Management Team, typically for a high profile or premier commercial asset. You will develop and implement professional marketing and community relations programs to maximize the asset by increasing traffic, building sales, and improving net operating income for assigned properties.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for the property, i.e. the "face of the property", by acting as the primary liaison between property management, tenants, and the surrounding community to drive engagement, occupancy, and brand value. Represent the mall in interviews, press conferences, public events, and community engagements, conveying key messages effectively and professionally.
In consultation with the management and leasing teams, develop and recommend marketing plans and strategies consistent with revenue and leasing goals of the property. Develop and recommend budgets for marketing initiatives.
Research and analyze market position. Interpret census data, media rankings, website data, survey results and all other forms of marketing-related information.
Work with clients to develop marketing concepts and design marketing materials. Provide cost estimates for clients by researching costs and negotiating with vendors.
Manage relationship with contracted marketing and media vendors. Conduct bidding process, negotiate prices and select vendors for needed services.
Serve as local office contact for advertising and promotion. Issue press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles to the media.
Identify, coordinate and facilitate promotional events, community events, corporate sponsorships and other marketing efforts to aggressively build monthly traffic.
Strategizes, captures, executes, and optimizes social media accounts.
Create and implement comprehensive media relations strategies to promote the shopping mall, its events, tenants, and initiatives. This includes press release distribution, media kits, and targeted outreach.
Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of print/web collateral materials.
Draft license agreements for events. Process vendor invoices.
Partner with tenants to help support their sales performance.
Track property performance for client reporting.
Provide technical assistance to other staff members in use of marketing software applications to prepare marketing and promotional materials.
Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, public, corporate management and ownership. Keep stakeholders apprised of marketing activities and results through periodic reports, financial statements, newsletters and ongoing correspondence.
Review materials to ensure compliance with company standards for use of logo, branding and other print media requirements. Support tenant retention through the development of tenant merchandizing and promotional initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Strong understanding and proficiency in social media platforms and best practices. Ability to strategize, capture, execute, and optimize across social media channels.
